DOUBTS
Doubts are like seeds once planted they grow
Nourished by mistrust and before you know
They become so big and unsurmountable
Feeding on gossip and betrayal
They strangle trust egged on by deceit
What should have flourished is now incomplete
For once trust dies it seldom blooms
And should it try it’s stunted and doomed
Gone forever you’ve heard it’s death’s knell
What should have prospered has reached it’s funeral
