SOUL CONNECTION

It's dark, stormy and the wind is howling

Raining hard and the trees are blowing

Time has come for the hours of sleep

To sweetly drift into that dream world creep

Knowing you are waiting for me

For every night your eyes I see

A welcome smile that look mischievous

That naughty sense of humour but mysterious

I can't fathom this out, this strong connection

I'd tried to push you out of my dreams but on reflection

I can't shake you off nor let you go

I'm hopelessly stuck, I just don't know

But there you are every night

Waiting for me upon dream's flight

Where we fly together hand in hand

In that world of dreams where there's no restrictions

For it seems to me we have a soul connection
