ONE MORE TIME
Late summer breeze blows through the open window
And flickers the candles brighter they glow
Kisses long and slow, firm arms embrace
The glow of passion in your face
Vanilla scent from the candle wafts by
As gentle smiles become moans and sighs
Two bodies rhythmic and entwined
Locked together and enshrined
Softly illuminated in candle light
Lovers in the throes of passion's delight
Awaking in the cool light of dawn
She awoke to find her lover gone
For then she realised it was just a dream
A wished for hallucination it would seem
But tonight she will wish again one more time
To lie in her lovers arms so divine
And hoped he would dream of her too tonight
So she could set his heart and soul alight
