lizard under a stone
Where are you my love? where do you go?
I often wonder what you do and want to know?
In whose bed do you lie?
How many hearts broken do you make others cry?
How do you rest? Do you sleep?
Into your cold heart I wish to peep
I wonder if you have a soul, it's well hidden if you do
I could kick myself for falling for you
With all your tricks and all your plies
I really ought to hate you and despise
But no my love I hate you not
The pain may have lessened but I have not forgot
Instead for you I feel pity for within your eyes
There's nothing there but fabrications and untruths and lies
Your soul has gone perhaps its dead
I feel sorry for the one, as you lie in her bed
I hope for her sake, she opens her eyes and sees
The lizard you are just like me
And one day you will be all alone
Lonely and sad slithered under your stone
