QUOTES

“It was a very special moment for John's spirit was awakening and he was opening up, I had touched and resonated with his soul. It was more than just cyber sex, more than making love with someone you loved, it was blending souls as soul mates do and it was an incredible moment for the two of us. We both cried beautiful happy tears”
Astrid Brown, A Psychic Affair: A Romantic Novel
"I don't know what you have done, my mind is not my own
For you have magicked me for my feelings for you have grown
I did not set to fall in love, for you must have cast a spell
For you have bewitched me and all my doubts dispel
What spell have you cast to enchant me like this?
To make me fall in love and ache for your kiss”

“I heard your whispered fantasies so clear
Softly told in my ear
I opened my eyes you weren't there
So real my dream, I was so aware
But we'll meet again so certainly
In our whispered fantasy”

THE KISS

THE KISS magnify
THE KISS

Such pleasures passion found in such a kiss
Moments treasured in pure bliss
Of eyes entwined as lovers do
Exploring tongues and strong lips of you
As teeth nibble and press against my lips
I drink all of you in, in little sips
You fill me full of sweet torment
Bliss such as this, was truly meant
I feel your heat throb against my thighs
I'm crazed addicted in my sighs
Baby I will dance with you
Heat and fire I feel it too
All because of one treasured moment of bliss
That moment, that was our very first kiss

MPB (c)

PROMISES SEALED IN A DREAM'[S KISS

He comes in the night my lover
Lord of my dreams, my fantasies
Under a velvet sky on satin sheets
He bids my company
He is my master I am but his slave
To his desires and pleasures
He tortures me sweetly
Such cruel pleasures of the flesh on flesh
My body is racked with the pain of desire
A bloody ache that writhes in my heart
A twisted knife of passions craving
My lord leaves me wrapped in a cloak of red gold morning light
Fleeing with the birdsong and promises sealed in a dream's kiss

MPB (c)

THE DANCE OF LOVE

We came together as lovers do
A touch of fingers on soft and warm flesh
Sideways glancing and fevered smiles
Parting lips and flicking tongues
Each following the choreography
Of sensuous rhythm
Giggling and soft laughing
Till tears flow with passion
Soft laughter gives way to soft moans
The tempo quickens
Crescendo of emotions flow
Knowing smiles and a tight embrace
This is the dance of love

MPB (c)

LET ME DRINK OF YOUR SOUL

Diving into the deep pools
Will I ever escape the hold they have over me
They hold me fast
That smooth choclately browness
Melting pouring their hot glances
And running all over my body
Devouring my flesh kiss by kiss bite by bite
Mesmerised like a sticken rabbit
In the headlights of a passing car
Paralysed and transfixed by the light of your smile
Smooth fingers exploring, ravaging my trembling body
Turning me wantonly wretched and powerless
Lips aching for the pleasures within, glistening
A deep ache, inside me, a need that needs quenched
Let me drink of your soul
As you taste mine

MPB (c)

HOT

Hot was the day under setting sun
You took my hand and kissed it gently
I sighed as you kissed my neck and giggled sweetly
Your fingers teased my tresses as you trailed your finger
Down to my breast I let it linger

Hot was that sultry evening
Humid as it was as you undid black lace
Gazing at that strong tanned face
As your lips found mine
And tongues entwined

Hot was the passion of that long night
Steamy embraces of entwined bodies writhing
Feeling tiny trickles of sweat watching
Them rivulet slowly from your face
Feeling hungry fingers sliding under lace

Hot was the passions hunger
Tempestuous hunger awaiting satiety
Wanton and abandoned giving completely
Total gratuitous savouring,
The sweetest kisses of all devouring

Hot hunger fiery kisses
Till satiety like crescendo waves
Hot flesh cooling bathes
As united, entwined as one
But this fire is not done

Smoulders and simmers in the heat
Till next time those eyes doth meet
Hot will be again
Burning and hungry all night long
Hot is this passions song

MPB (c)

FIRE

The fire in your eyes was not cooled by the crisp sheets
Their fire burned through and travelled the length of my body
You intoxicated me with that look
I felt your hunger, your wants and desires
As your tongue and soul met mine
As I offered my throat, you took and drank me in,
Lips burned lips hot and hotter
Rivulets of sweat trickled down your back and pooled
What madness is this, frenzied and crazy
An insanity so addictive and contagious
Spreading widely as hot fingers search and find
Passions explode in some distant place
Collapsing in a sea of hot skin on skin
The fire smolders feverently waiting on opportunity to burn

THE GIFT OF HOPE

"The Star" in Tarot signifies Hope and wishes come true and if a client has this card in a reading it is a very auspicious card. In the Mythic Tarot, the deck I use the illustration depicts "Pandora" who was given a box by the gods and told not to open it. Alas curiosity got the better of her, she opened it and out flew all ills known to man. However one thing stayed and that was "HOPE".

When I started writing last night I was feeling very low and I just allowed my hand to write and the result are these two poems obviously a message channeled to inspire and remember no matter what we always have "HOPE"

THE GIFT OF HOPE

In some distant land so far away
Beyond dreams where angels stay
From whence we come and whence we go
That dwells in all hearts of men in truth and what we know
Where seeds of hope are spun and help our spirit grow
In every heart there burns a flame, some brighter than another
But lit it is and for it burns in every sister and every brother
Never will it be extinguished it burns eternally
It glows and grows spurned on with adversity
Each challenge great that we face, each pain, each tragedy
For burn that flame of hope will burn for all eternity
It gives us strength, it makes us strong, its power and wonder will astound
It's given by God, a gift to us, whose love is limitless and abounds

MPB (c)

THE DARKEST HOUR IS BEFORE THE DAWN

As clouds gather darkening my horizon I wonder just why
Four walls close in and suffocate who can hear me cry
I long to escape the shackles that bind me
I ache deep inside my head to fly free
A room with no windows a room with no door
A dream of blue skies fly free, high and soar
To find the key takes trust and believe what you know to be true
For in trust the door will open and unlock for you
Faith isn t easy when all around is gloom
Faith isn t easy when you re trapped inside that room
Even in that darkest dark a tiny candle s lit
For even in the darkness and in that prison we sit
Hope burns eternal and the darkest hour is before the dawn
For in the gloom in corners dark that tiny flame is there
Never to be extinguished it always burns in the hearts where
And brighter will it illuminate and recharge and energise the soul
Healing with eternal love and making you feel again whole

THE ROSY TINTED SPECTACLES

THE ROSY TINTED SPECTACLES
THE ROSY TINTED SPECTACLES magnify
Let me dream a dream of happier times
When the sun shone and its golden glow said you were mine
It covered up my ignorance
And with my heart you did dance
You played me like a puppet doll
You raised me up to let me fall
Was so naive
The things you had me believe
A stupid fool to be taken in so easily led
My heart mortally wounded it bled
My tears they stung like barbed knives
And to this day, how many more lives?
How many more hearts will you destroy?
For to play them like a puppet toy
And all for your own self esteem and ego
I should have turned my back so long ago
But you had me believe all your cruel lies
I cried so much with stinging red and swollen eyes
Just to make you look good
Now time has past I've understood
The reason why we have to hurt so bad
The pain, the heart ache and being so sad
That old adage is so very true
"What does not destroy me makes me stronger"
You really did, but will no longer
No more the fool will it be said
No more will I be so easily led
The time has come to say
Enough I've had my fill to this day
From this moment on the rosy spectacles will come off
It's time to say enough's enough

I CAN NEVER BE.....

I CAN NEVER BE....
I CAN NEVER BE.... magnify
I can never be who you want me to be
I do not see, what you see
In whose eyes that I feel
In for whose heart that I may steal
In whose arms that I might rest
This much I feel I must confess
I am me, no one else, I can ever be
Look at me through different eyes to see
Look into my very soul, my very being
A very different heart you will be seeing
For that is how I chose to live
My rewards are given, in what I give

CLOSURE

CLOSURE
CLOSURE magnify
You never did give me that finality
That proper end to love's fragility
You left me hanging in some kind of time warped limbo
Unable to go back, to stay the same or just go
I wanted answers, you refused to give
Or talk when all I'd done, was give
You owed me that, at the very least
All I'd done, everything for you, to please
I'm still here in this position
Like the proverbial 'Hanging man' in Tarot's supposition
what did I do to you so very bad?
You never really answered, but left me in a state of sad
To punish me for all lives ills and loves in justices past
It's not my fault your relationship of past didn't last
Why tar me with that same brush and category
I know you hurt of old and for that I'm sorry
But that is down to YOUR experiences
And nothing to do with this love's consequences
In your heart of old you know its true
I am me, not your past love who really hurt you
You never did give me closure when all I'd done was love you

FOR I AM NO LONGER THE SAME

FOR I AM NO LONGER THE SAME magnify
I AM NO LONGER THE SAME

There is a small flickering flame
It once dwelled in the shadows
But I am no longer the same

It still flickers tiny bright by itself
As it has waited patiently
But I am no longer myself

The wind of change has blown
No longer in the shadows
That flickering tiny flame is no longer alone

What once was dark is light
And the caverns in my heart tiny flames are lit
No longer am I blind, I now have sight

That long standing flame will burn for now
But another may take its pride of place
And now I know how

No longer yield and bend my flame
The wind of strength has fortified my soul
For I am no longer the same

SHOOT THE MESSENGER

This poem is a bit deep, but it was written from the heart and it may resonate with some of you when you really tried to help someone you cared for deeply and they chose to believe the fabrications that were going around instead of you, and you know you are right, time will prove that. So instead they shot the messenger, you!

SHOOT THE MESSENGER

I walk the corridors of my mind
And climb the stairs of a similar kind
I check each void, each space, each room
I search for answers in the gloom
I'll never know what attracted you to me
A higher power is privy to answers be
When questioned in my lowest ebb
You know, those early morn hours you lie in bed
All I see is a smile and a shake of head
I'm not to know I'm told instead
I question my beliefs almost every day
And yet I believe more deeply with each passing day
I wonder in sadness and yet in an awesome way
Oh to be me, I hear you say
But would you really if only you knew
What lies beyond beliefs beyond that sky of blue
The heavy chains of responsibility that bind and gag
Tongues must be kept silenced, no cats let out the bag
For when you try to forewarn
And try to protect others you love from harm
An old saying, 'shoot the messenger' comes to mind
And all you are doing is bestowing love and trying to be kind

Soulmate

Soulmate Natasha Bedingfield, so poignant and so beautiful

WE HAVE FORGOTTEN TO LISTEN

This poem is about listening to what your 'Higherself' is telling you. Sometimes the answers are right there in front of your nose but we chose to ignore it, that is meant for we are incarnated with 'freewill', reason being to allow us to learn, to see if we are intune with our own spirits. Should we chose to ignore the lesson, we will only find it will be repeated over and over again until we realise, what the answer is. In some people that may take a few in others many life times, going through the same scenario until we realise the answers and learn. It's ok to make mistakes as long as we realise the mistakes and correct them. It's not ok to know and then chose to ignore. For if we do not heed what we must do, it will only be re issued and re issued again and again, each time getting tougher and harder until we finally realise 'What is right' for us

We have forgotten to listen

We can only say what is in our hearts
For 'tis there we find the truth
If we listen very carefully on our part
It will whisper very quietly
And tell us what we need to know

If you lie unto yourself
Such problems you will bring
Such grief and sorrow, pain and trouble
Its just not worth it, not a thing

Heed the lesson for it bodes well
Fabrications cause twisted emotions
Why lie to your own heart, why sell
Your soul for such foolish emotions

Is it really worth all this hurt
Is it really worth all this pain
We say we will never do that again
But we're only fooling ourselves
We have forgotten to listen, and listen again

THIS GAME OF CHANCE WE PLAY

THIS GAME OF CHANCE WE PLAY
Its only a game of chance
As in the journey of life's dance
To take the risk of pain
Frightened of loss more than gain
Love's scars cut deep
Of endless days and little sleep
To play this game and players meet
And tired hopeless days and weary beat
Does anyone gain?

But loves risk we play
Hoping love in hearts stay
Of nights of endless longing
Sweeter dreams still of belonging
And arms around in sweet embrace
Of wondrous awe in its place
For one minute of love's cherished kiss
Bathing in such torrid bliss
This game of chance we play

I WAS IN YOUR DREAM

I WAS IN YOUR DREAM
I WAS IN YOUR DREAM magnify
I reached out to you in my dreams
Did you feel me there?
I touched your cheek softly and played with your hair
I whispered your name and gently stroked your brow
I remembered all the times, remember how?
I said I'd visit you with sweet hauntings
And whisper sweet nothings
Then I sat for a while and gazed at you
I watched you breathe and turn over too
I nuzzled your ear
But you couldn't hear
And on your lips I planted a kiss
I was in your dream, remember this

INSIDE MY HEART

Etched upon my heart
You touched my soul
Softly like a silken feather
And yet the imprint that it left
Carved out your presence
And lives on like the light
From some distant star
Light from thousands of years gone by
Shining brightly burning softly
A flame smoulders and dwells there
Deep inside my heart
I cannot extinguish no matter how
A million tear drops will not
Dowse that flame

MPB (c)

I AM YOUR WILLING CAPTIVE

The first sunbeams dance
And softly tickle, play against the wall
As I open my eyes I see,
Like I see, for the very first time
I rub my eyes gently
And I smile softly
Tracing my tongue along my lips
I still taste you
I look at you quietly
Staring at you for a moment
I know from your soft smile you're dreaming
I smile a knowing smile
inside my heart laughs and giggles
I see your lashes flicker
And I gaze deeply into your eyes
I see your soul and all that dwells there
Words , not versed
I read your eyes
And you read mine
I can lose myself forever in those depths
I would not care to ever escape
I am your willing captive
I give to you all that I am
My most valued possessions my heart and my soul
Gladly take them as
You take and consume me

MPB (c)

I DIE A LITTLE DEATH

I die a little death
Everytime
You take me
Visiting places unseen
Of paradise explored
Such torrid screams
Of violent
Uncontrolable passion
That sends such
Blissful seizures
Throughout my now limp
And exhausted body
Satiated by your love

MPB (c)

I AM ADDICTED

In the dark silver blue light
Illuminating your sleeping form
I watch you breathing
Listening to the soft noises you make
Longing to trace your body
With my hand
I drink in the beauty of the moment
I am intoxicated
Helpless and feelings out of control
I am addicted
And like an addict I crave you
I crave your touch
I crave your passion
I crave your soul
No rehab will help me
You are the drug I need
You consume me
I cannot be free
Nor would I want
You are my therapy

A DIARY OF A LOVE AFFAIR

Those tender sweet beginings
I called you sweet
You said you no I'm not
And god I thought you were so hot
I couldn't wait for that next mail
With building excitement and trepidation
Through this sweet trance I'd sail
We had the silly stupid fights
We'd say the stupidest of things
And then we'd make up all the night
What a sweet rollercoaster
Up and down and all over
Full of passion and crazed raw emotions
Of wanting and needing
God what a commotion
And then one day
You had to say
Words I wasn't familiar with
Not for me I thought
Suspiction rained I ought
To have seen it comming
You said I'd changed
If I had it was not my doing
You seemed so cold I felt it so
You'd cooled so much I know
And then came the days that became so long
Long lonely nights pouring tears into my favourite song
It no longer is I cant bear to hear
It cuts me up and makes me shed a tear
Of passions hot that burning kind
Of passions where you feel you're loosing your mind
And then I knew there was no more excuses
You always promised you would say
if you felt you couldn't stay
It would have been better had it been that way
But no you had to take it all wrong
So now all I have is that song
No more can I listen it cuts me up inside
All because of your stupid damn pride
To admit we all make mistakes
You got it all wrong you made it a mess
All you had to do was answer a yes
And admit it was a stupid fight
And now I cant bear to have you in sight
Not because I am angry or mad
I am just feeling so low and sad
Of silly miscontrued conversations
You got it all wrong why cant you see
You got all the wrong impression from me
And all because of stupid pride
We're both cut up and hurting inside
Maybe one day you'll see what you've lost
The love of a woman who loved you the most
She loved you enough to let you go
She never could hate you for fucking up so

A PRECIOUS HEART AND THE SEQUEL

Across the deepest oceans, across the stormiest seas
My heart no longer belongs to me
I gave it away to someone whom I love
Someone i feel must have been sent to me from above
Not a day passes without them on my mind
They are so wonderful, lovely, amazing and kind
And in return I care for their gentle heart
I treat is so carefully so gently it doesn't break apart
Their heart to me is so precious you see
I am so humbled, honoured and so glad they gave it to me
I will treasure it always as some precious gem
And in return I will give all my love to them
Always and forever I mean everything
And given me such happiness you've made my heart sing
If you still your thoughts softly, gently and quietly
You will hear its quiet, haunting and beautiful melody
I gave to them the most precious things I own
My heart, my life, my soul and everything my own
Always and forever my heart I gave to you
Always and forever my love for you will be true

And you know nothing has changed a thing
My heart would truly still sing
If ever you were to grow near
for in my heart I hold you so dear
For now it sits heavy in my breast and so alone
Missing the other heart it thought was its own
Till one very sad and lonely day
You came and you stole it back away
It feels so heavy so missing its twin
For that heart was so very in
Love with yours till that fated day
A fight, a row and you took its mate away
It doesn't sing any more instead it hurts real bad
Instead of singing it sobs so sad
Its so very sorry it made your heart mad
It really didn't mean to do
It wishes it could explain its love for you
Instead it weeps although the night
And tears it cries and yet tries with all its might
For you to listen to beg to you
It wants you to know it so loves you

If anyone wants to read a very Heartfelt and Warm book, this is the ONE!! Maggie touched my heat in so many different ways with this book. I guess I am in a very mediumistic mood today

I felt I had to write this for a friend who has lost his father and I hope it will bring some comfort and express the mixed emotions we all feel when someone passes over.

First there is shock, followed by denial, we often still lay a place at the table, and feel he/she will walk through that door, we even feel we have heard their voice or felt their touch of their hand on your shoulder, we even say but, " I saw him".

Never deny this to yourself or deny this to someone you are comforting in their grief. For they genuinely have felt the touch, a voice, a presence. You see, true love, the love one spirit feels for another, is eternal, it spans, all distance, time and space. By allowing this you aid the grieving process, and it comforts.

Gradually acceptance comes about and tears are replaced by joy as all the happy memories fill the heart and knowing that their loved one is safe happy and lives on.

"YOU"

You were there at my first early born cries
You stroked my downy head with tears of joy in your eyes
You were my strength, my guidance and my love
You were so tall, such a giant towering way above
You heard my first words those tentative, tender baby sounds
You were there when my fears overwhelmed me all around
You arms reached out and hugged me
You made sense of this strange world and let me see
You gave me so very much
You guided me and such
You watched my first tiny steps, I ran laughing to you
Your face bursting full of pride and love too
The day I said, "Daddy" your face beamed
For although you made out you didn't cry. it seemed
You did inside your heart
I miss you now we seem so far apart
And although
I didn't always show
I loved you
Daddy you will always be apart of me
For I am your legacy
You made me the man I am today
In you, I am so very proud to say
Daddy, "I love you"

MY SOUL IS TOUCHED

MY SOUL IS TOUCHED
MY SOUL IS TOUCHED magnify
Your body presses tight against mine
Your heart beats against my heart
I want you to be inside of me
So close, so tight, never apart

Your lips press and taste my tongue
Your kiss, so sweet, so divine
I feel your passion in my soul
I hear sweet words, "Your mine"

Your tongue fills me up with such heat
I feel your breath, I feel your fire
You take my body, you have my soul
I am crazed silly with desire

Your firm fingers on my thigh
They tease me, touch me, feel my heat
Exploring secrets of my love
Making me feel so complete

And then my wish is fulfilled
My ache released I scream your name
And when we lie limply I look deep into your eyes
My soul is touched and never will be the same

A couple of inspirational poems

Disposable Friends

Disposable friends cry crocodile tears
They will let you tell all, listen to your fears
Laugh at your jokes and smile very sweetly
They will hook and reel you in, so completely
But when you're down to the line and things are looking black
They will keep on walking and not looking back
Too many times, they will fool so many
Sad to say, for they have duped a plenty
Sad and alone ~ I tried to convince
Now given up for I tried to tell you this
Disposable friends who cry crocodile tears
They really aren't interested in listening to your fears

The Tigress

Her claws are sharp, they say, "Don't mess with me"
Some have tried and failed miserably
A tigress to the last, you will never win
You may fool others, for they're so easily taken in
Her mind is alert as is the tigress
She waits so cunningly you will never convince
Don't ever try and mess with such a graceful creature
Her dark upturned almond eyes are her special feature
She waits patiently for her goal to trip
Waiting ready for that careless slip
And then she pounces with power and elegance
Her foe is mesmerised, transfixed under her trance
There's no escaping or trying to run away
Her eyes and claws are sharp, forever destined to stay
Her power so astute she moves with such grace
So be very careful only show your true face
For she knows so much more than what her glances say
Slip up, she will have you and there will be no getting away

THE FIRST TIME I SAW YOUR FACE

The first time I saw your face

The first time I saw your face
I melted
I reached up and touched your cheek
You smiled broadly with your eyes
My knees grew weak

The first time I saw your face
I dissolved
Into your gaze
I traced your smile with my finger
you touched my chin and let it linger

The first time I saw your face
I deliquesced
In your kiss
That wonderful delicious, honeyed kiss
Your tongue entwined such bliss

The first time I saw your face
Was in some distant dream
So beautifully exquisite I knew
I knew, at once it was you
The first time I saw your face

LAVENDER SATIN

Lavender Satin

Come dine in my field of lavender satin
And taste the sweetness of forbidden fruit
In this picnic of love's sweet kisses
A spread of pleasure beckons in afternoon sun
As you tip the velvet with sweet carese
My sweet wine flows with each kiss
Savour sweet honeyed taste of desires
Deep within you drink, your fill
And when satisfied and satiety lingers
We'll lie entwined, beating hearts stilled

LAST NIGHT

I have taken to sleeping with a notebook and pen or my smart phone that has "Word" on it as invariably the "need" to write always tends to hit me around 1 am. Last night was no exception, I couldn't sleep, but was resting as ordered to by my doctor as my immune system was very down, with having shingles two weeks previous and recently gastroenteritis, when as usual as is with "Guides", "Put the light on! you must write!" So here is the result, three poems, written in twenty minutes, in this order. "Thanks guys upstairs!" lol.

Tenfold, make no mistake

Reality check and time to wake

The time has come make no mistake

And so shall ye reap for what ye sow
For to do unto others the Universe will know
Guess what, this is your wake up call
For Spirit knows what goes on, they know it all
There is no escape for what karma states
For it knows all our good and our mistakes
It reaches deep into your mind
Too late, your future's been already signed
There is a constant ebb and flow
A balance must be tallied, Karma, it knows
For what is given, must be received
Good, kind, indifferent or evil all perceived
Lessons are taught, know them well
The lessons go deeper into the soul
They challenge us dearly, but from which we grow
We cannot interfere into another's path
We have to accept out fate, our challenges hath
Are tough but they teach us why we are here
So repent at leisure is a true saying, life costs us dear
If we live giving love and kindness instead of envy, jealousy or hate
The Universe will shine on us tenfold, make no mistake

A Soliloquy of Silence

I think of you in the stupid hours

When stillness reigns

Hush, there is quiet
Except for the chatter of my mind
I put on the light and look at the time
I have yet not slept
You, etch deep into my brain
Why wont you go?
I wait for stillness
I may wait a long time

To pass the hours I write
Letters that will never be posted
Emails that will never be sent
The deafening silence is broken with the chatter
Constant bickering chatter
See what you do! still
You never believed me when I was with you
So does it matter I write dead correspondence
Maybe not for you, but for me
A soliloquy of silence, i write

My words are my fire

I'd have thought by now the words would have died
But still they flow
Flow like a downward rapid stream
Sometimes calm and sometimes meandering
Others they gush
Gushing obscenities, sometimes
I wait for the drought to come
But hence forth like a thunderstorm of tears
The dam is burst
And those damn words cloud and flow
Over and through my brain
Flooding and saturating my thoughts
I feel I am in a maze
A maze of words broken periodically by reality
I'll bet you're not feeling the same
Your heart had a cold chamber
That would freeze out feelings
My love could not melt the icicles that resided there
My heart is fuelled with flames
Fire against ice
My words are my fire and burn eternally

I FEEL SO SAD YOU DIDN'T HEAR THE UNIVERSE CALL

I FEEL SO SAD YOU DIDN'T HEAR THE UNIVERSE CALL
I FEEL SO SAD YOU DIDN'T HEAR THE UNIVERSE CALL magnify
I thought you were a friend
I shared my inner most thoughts
My dreams
I had no secrets, I told it all
I should have listened, to what I heard
But I chose not to
Thinking, surely not.

Unconditionally I cared
And you walked and turned your back
Like the flick of switch
Like the snuffing of a candle flame
You ousted me out in the dark
And with a click of your heels
You flicked me off
Like a speck of dust

Unconditionally doesn't mean a doormat
I feel sad for you
My heart is saddened
So much was offered and given
And you willingly drunk it all
Every last drop
And when a hand reached out
You bit it off
I feel so sad you didn't hear the Universe call

SWEET DAWN CHORUS

As the flame burned down the heady fragrance of vanilla
Drifted on the cooling breeze
Filling and echoing in my senses making me
Half dizzy under your gaze
You sat beside me taking the ice from your drink
Letting it sizzle trailing down the front of my dress
As it melted I wanted your kisses to follow that warm trail
You smiled as I squealed, the air was heavy on that sultry eve
I loved how your eyes twinkled and danced in the candle flame
I caught your eyes stare at the wet pool forming on the damp silk
Your hands were hot as you undid buttons and hooks
I caught your firm outline as the last of the warm wax burned
Hot like your kisses on my bare flesh
I could feel little channels of sweat form down your spine
As you moved rhythmically and frantically as dawn awoke
The red glow of the waking sun rose as our passions mounted
That dawn chorus was so sweet

THE LAND OF BLACK 7 WHITE

THE LAND OF BLACK & WHITE
THE LAND OF BLACK & WHITE magnify
This poem is about a land
Where everything is black and white
Where there are no shades of grey between
And everything is alright

Oh to be in a land where
There are no shades of grey
With no answers that are grey to dismay
And the truth is how it is, how it is

If we were straight with one another
How simple life would be
No fakers, no lies, or sorrows as such
How clearly we would all see

DAMAGED GOODS

DAMAGED GOODS

Why say these awful things
And make out I'd lost my mind
Why be so damn unkind
You shouted, you pushed, you prodded, you pulled
Destroying everything in me, you lacked, that you could
Was it because it made you feel good?
For power over me, set out to destroy
Destroy all confidence and my heart you toyed
A heart you had none
But when it is time, time on Earth is gone
And all things are said and have been done
You will have to face all your fears, alone
You pushed all those who loved you away
All of them, who cared enough to stay
I fought so hard, to bring out that tiny bit
That tiny flame of spirit, within us is lit
My teachings taught me, we all have that tiny flame
However small, we came to Earth all the same
A flame, that kindles all that is wondrous and good
But I searched and searched and searched in vain
I am too late, extinguished, its just not there
One day I will meet my creator, when my soul is bare
Spirit will know I really tried so very hard, to make a difference
And now you alone, I fear will have to face the consequence
Fighting through the tears, me you near destroyed
I didn't bang in those coffin nails
You did that all on your own, too close to the wind you sailed
I know I was placed with you for a reason, for your soul to grow
But we reap what we ourselves sow
Placed to help fan that tiny flame within your soul
I fought your corner, I batted for you, I want you to realise and know
And yet you pushed, prodded, disregarded and threw me away
You destroyed us all, so we couldn't stay
Now we are damaged goods

For yesterdays will be tomorrow and I will be here

FOR YESTERDAYS WILL BE TOMORROW AND I WILL BE HERE

I found myself looking over that last message
Time had passed it seemed an age
Something I promised myself I would not do
But here I am thinking of you
I prayed, I hoped my feelings would wither and die
I bit my lip holding back the feelings that made me cry
In some respects I wished, I hadn't succumbed
I wished so much it hadn't began
Yet in others I was touched by the beauty of your soul
No one else saw what I did in you, you were my whole
I'd have sold my soul to have fallen in your eyes
Those deepest pools I'd sink, I'd drown and die
They were windows of all time
Foolishly I fell deeply in and believed you were mine
So I live and go about my life incomplete
Knowing one day we will again meet
In some far off, some far flung, distant place
At once instantly I will recognise that face
Those knowing looks, and oh that smile
And I know it seems so far away, such a while
But I am trapped as a moth in love's lamp burning flame
You touched my soul, and I'm not the same
I can never go back to how I used to be
Looking through different eyes now to see
You are the very mirror of my heart
And it hurts knowing its twin is missing, apart
Some lesson I am meant to experience and know
Some hard tough lesson to make souls grow
But do I regret no, not ever at all
I basked in the love and each tiny moment no matter how small
I miss you like crazy, out of my mind
But one day in another lifetime my soul, you will find
And all those lifetimes will melt and disappear
For yesterdays will be tomorrow and I will be here

INFINITELY

INFINITELY
INFINITELY magnify
All but a grain of sand in lives create
Seems so long, such vastness of space
No matter how many lifetimes or centuries past
An unconditional heart
Will give love to forever last
Can span all time, all reasoning be
The depth of true love, no matter what failing eyes see
Will always forever love unconditionally thee
Although in this lifetime's but a grain of sand
I ache for your presence, but I know this much be
I know in the hourglass of all time I will hold your hand
We will travel the cosmos, we will fly and soar free
One day I just know it, I know it so deep
Your soul will be united with me to forever keep
Blended together two as in one
For I know this love's forever
It just isn't done
I know this much for part of me is just isn't here
Its other half of the whole is with you my dear
And although consciously you may not be aware at this time
One day your higher-self will speak to you softly I know
And memories will be recalled, words that were mine
So no matter if I am aware and you cannot yet see
We have all the time, the universe, forever, infinitely

ONCE UPON A TIME

ONCE UPON A TIME
ONCE UPON A TIME magnify
Once upon a time in this tale of love
A love existed pure as a dove
That made her heart sing and soar high
That made her soul dance and fly
And in this story a rainbow's gold found
A beauteous love so profound
Until one day the rosy tinted bubble broke
And now this heart lies hurt for words misspoke
Wounded fatally it lies in two
Barbed words as a knife cut through
Her soul was in limbo cast
And although a while, a time, since has passed
images once felt, haunt her dreams
Whispering images in her night scream
So real they are, so perfect, so true
She wishes so much, she didn't love you

Great read, it's not the usual romantic novel it's a bit of a cross genre being informative and paranormal but it had me hooked, I would love it if the author wrote a sequel as I would love to know how the characters relationship goes I do hope the author does Sarah65 __________________________ Amazing read and was engrossed until I finished reading, this book is more than a novel it helps understand the psychic's world and has such depth of feelings Stella Matthews An interesting read different but I really enjoyed this book I liked the factual glossary at the end, it helped make sense of the paranormal happenings throughout S Williams
